AAC(autoclaved aerated concrete) Introduction and its features

 

It is a lightweight, precast building material that simultaneously provides structure, insulation, and fire and mold resistance.  

 

1 Light weight

 

 The AAC block (autoclaved aerated concrete ) are 500-700kg/m3 ,the weight is only 1/4 of the clay brick and 1/5 of the concrete brick.

 

2. High thermal insulation effection 

The performance of the thermail insulation is perfect , much beyond than clay brick and concrete brick .

 

3. excellent compressive resistance

 

 It is proved that the compressive resistance for AAC block is more than 25KG/cm3.

4.  excellent earthquake resistance

 

It is proved that  AAC block have much better earthquake resistance as its light weight and small inertia force 

 

5. good processing performance

it can bring great convenience and flexibility to construction

 

5.  high temperature resistance

  

The AAC bock have better performance below the temperature 600 degree, thus can bear high temperature.

The inner structure of light brick is the same as bread which distributes a large number of closed pores uniformly, so the AAC block have unique sound insulation effect .

 

 production process 

 

This production line use sand/fly ash , lime, cement, gypsum, aluminum powder as the raw material , the process is below: 

 

 

 

1.       raw material treatment.

 

In this step , crush and grinder the lime, and convey all the raw material to the storage bin.

 

2.       Ingredient and Mixing

 

In this step, Mix all the raw material and make it to liquid slurry .

 

3.       casting, pre-curing and cutting,

 

In this step, cast the slurry to mould frame, and let it pre-curing there, after formed, then cut the material to the fixed size.

 

Transverse cutting machine is the key plant in this period, it is Used to flip cut for the block paste, six side cut step by step, sophisticated design ensure the accurate cutting.

4.      autoclaved aerated curing

 

In this step, the paste after cut will be send to settle kettle to realize autoclaved aerated curing, to realize hydrothermal reaction of Cao-sio2 - H2o.  afte curing ,come out the finished product.

 

The still kettle is the key plant to realize autoclaved aerated curing.
